To request a sublet, simply click on the listing you're interested in and tap "Request to Sublet." You'll be redirected to WhatsApp, where you'll receive a short form to fill out. This helps us understand your needs and provide accurate details to the host. Once you submit the form, the owner will review your request. If they confirm your stay, you will be charged by us, and we will send you a confirmation invoice. After that, you’ll be connected with the owner to discuss any further details.

If you need to cancel or make changes to your reservation, you can contact the host directly via WhatsApp messenger. Since all communication after the initial request is handled directly with the host, they will assist you with your request.
